  • The Mendham Health & Racquet Club Fitness Center consists of two floors: the lower floor is a large free weight room, an area with Cybex selectorized machines and an Aerobics Room with a brand new ergonomic beech wood floor.  Upstairs is a cardiovascular room with LifeFitness treadmills, Arc Trainers, PreCor Ellipticals, bikes, steppers etc. and Massage Therapy. Our friendly staff can create a workout that is specific to your personal goals. Energetic Aerobic and Spinning® instructors lead an exciting variety of classes throughout the week.

    Certified Fitness Instructors supervise the center during the majority of our hours of operation. Mendham Health & Racquet Club Fitness Instructors are available to help you with your exercise program and can put together programs no matter what your goal. We also do fitness assessment and Functional Movement Screens. We are expanding our aerobic schedule to include new classes and the latest trends in the fitness industry. Can’t make a Spin® class? Ask an instructor to put a Spin® DVD in our DVD projector and run your own private Spin® class!

Barre Classes and Barre-Lates

 AT THE BARRE - Barre is one of fastest growing workouts today due to how effectively it changes the shape of your body. Barre is intelligent exercise since the technique protects your joints as it does not involve any bouncing or jumping. It uses small, isometric, targeted movements, often with light weights or at the barre. This class is done preferably barefoot. Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretching section in order to create long, lean muscle without bulk.    *Tuesday 10:30am, Thursday 8:30am & Saturday 8:00 am.

Fitness Center

The fitness center is supervised by Fitness Instructors the majority of our hours of operation. We have expanded the aerobic schedule to fit your changing lifestyle. Our fully certified Spinning instructors lead an upbeat class schedule to challenge even the experienced riders. Come try out a class for free to see if this style of exercise is for you.
